June 6, SHENZHEN – Jeff Leong has joined Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K) China as Senior Vice President of Client Strategy, effective immediately.

Bringing over two decades of experience in creative strategy, branding and integrated marketing, Jeff will be responsible for the development of key accounts and support new business development in the Greater Bay Area, working in close partnership with Florence Ouyang (Director, H+K Shenzhen) and Nan Dong (MD, H+K Hong Kong).

H+K China CEO and President, QC Liang, comments, “We welcome Jeff at an exciting time as we continue our focus on the Greater Bay Area. Previously, Jeff spent several years as Managing Partner at Ogilvy China leading the agency’s Huawei team, and prior to that, held senior client servicing roles at Y&R Beijing, Soho Square Shanghai (part of Ogilvy group), and Bates 141.
