Hill+Knowlton Strategies China reaffirms its leadership position in the PR industry by winning three coveted prizes from the Suqin Club’s Dandelion Awards 2017, which celebrate the most aspiring campaigns, organizations and PR professionals in China.

Winning the Gold Award for Brand Communication, H+K Shanghai’s work for Coca-Cola China highlighted the successful “10th anniversary of its water stewardship partnership programs” with United Nations Development Programme and WWF. The campaign helped cement Coca-Cola’s relationship with stakeholders and portrayed positive brand image as a champion in water conservation and stewardship in China.

The team’s 360-degree interactive campaign for the “launch of Coca-Cola China’s Sustainability Report 2014-2016” also won the Silver Awards for CSR Marketing. At the heart of this campaign, the combination of branded entertainment, live-streaming, and one of China’s leading singer/songwriters hit the right note. The power of song added an emotional touch and reached internal and external audiences with Coca-Cola’s sustainability message like never before.

Additionally, Emily Yin, one of H+K’s leading directors in Beijing, and her team won Team of the Year Award, as a recognition of their exciting breakthroughs working with Chinese real estate companies.

The judges were further impressed by the achievements from H+K China’s roster of clients such as Great Wall “Science Renaissance” launch and promotion (Gold Awards – Event Marketing), Starbucks’ Global CEO Howard Shultz China visit (Silver Award – Brand Communication), Ford Motor Company’s “For a Better World” Campaign (Silver Awards – CSR Marketing), and Haier’s Technology Awakens Home Road Show (Single Case Innovation Award).

Held for the fourth consecutive year, more than 500 entries were submitted for the competition in 2017. The Dandelion Awards Ceremony was held in conjunction with the Suqin Club Annual Conference on November 4th, 2017 in Beijing.
